Received call, no voicemail left. Possibly scam?

received random call from lady with very basic english claiming to me from a mobile phone provider and would like to provide an offer similar to Telstra, optus, voda. She did not know my name. I asked how she got my number and claimed to have called a random phone number. I asked again who she was looking to speak to and she said the phone owner and that how she would know my name. I asked her to remove my details from her database but she hung up

(03) 8383 7517 scam number. The moment you ask questions they hang up. I think they are looking for keys words to record.

Received call, no message left. rang back seems a mobile provider offering specials, broken english, unprofessional. Told me my mobile was at risk. telemarketers.

No voicemail. Disconnected when returning call.

received unsolicited call from this number on mobile phone, said they were calling from some company in Melbourne, couldn't make out what they said, call eventually dropped out.

Called me and offered me a new phone. Poor English speaking woman. Obviously scammers. I hung up and blocked.

Random call from them that showed as suspected scam, didn't pick up and after lookup idk anyone who'd be using a fkn landline in Footscray Victoria so probably a scam

Had a misssd call with no voicemail. When I called back they claim to be "TM Mobile" based in NSW selling phones and tablets, definitely a telemarketer

This number called Victorian Fisheries Mulloway Tag Reporting Line, no message left - call back was answered by a call centre - a Mobile Service provider.
