received a call on my business landline - was a recorded message to call Credit Solutions regarding an outstanding amount for South East Water. My business does not have a water account & my personal South Water account is up to date & does not have the business number listed as a contact anywhere. Ignored

After reading the comments above I found out this number was from Credit Solutions a debt collector for South East Water. I'm glad I didn't answer it now.

They left a message on my home phone. Said they were a company called credit solutions on behalf of South East water and wanted me to call them back. I rang South East Water instead, they said my account was clear and I didn’t owe them any money.

They are a collection agency chasing overdue bills for South East Water. The guy I spoke to was really nice. I almost hung up though because they took a second to respond when I answered.
