Caller: Scammer Claiming to "assist" me with a reduction in electricity charges. (I was hit by a scammer a few months ago, and this is related.) He had my name, so I asked him to state my address. He gave my old address from 18 months ago, as on the front of my driver's licence. How could someone assist me with my electricity bill if they don't even know my address? As per usual I called him a scammer and a liar, and he hung up.
