Scam purporting to be from the ATO investigations.
Actually left a landline number. I tried ringing them back many times. Even though they answered (indian call center by the sounds of the accents and background noise) Each time when I tried to get more info about their identities they promptly hung up.

Tax Office Scam "call us befor you get arrested"

ATO investigations. advised that if i dont get back to them they will issue an arrest warrent. i just blocked the number. clearly a scam.

Caller: (03) 8373 0338

Left to voicemail. Message was automated. "IF YOU DONT CALL BACK, WE'LL HAVE TO ISSUE AN ARREST WARRANT IN YOUR NAME!"

Common scam happening at the moment. I didn't answer the call and they left a voicemail (automated voice) saying "Now if we don't hear from you, we have to issue arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested". Not the greatest english in the voicemail which is a giveaway.

Purported to be from tax office concerning an upcoming court case on tax fraud. Did not ring back. ATO always sends letters on any tax matter.

Robovoice taxation scam

Scam artists, sounds like a call center from India.

Caller: Someone saying they're from the Australian tax office?

They said they were investigating some crime under my name? And that if they hadn't heard from me I would be arrested??

they left a voicemail saying that if i didn’t call them back they would arrest me. it was a digital voice and i called back once and i didn’t get an answer

Caller: Kerry ATO Officer (Name and abusive function)

Attempted phone scam of people claiming to be ATO officers. Very intimidating call announcing tax crimes and risks of prison as well as an important amount which one must supposedly to the tax. After verification via the official website of ATO it is confirmed that it is a scam.

I had a similar call pretending to be the ATO Investigations. Left a landline number , called back no answer.

tax fraud scam ,just ignore it .

Received a robo call about about an outstanding tax debt for ATO TAX, stating that there is a warrant for my arrest and to please call back. Did not call.

I just got the same call. Just now

Record male machine voice told me I get a tax law sue under my name.

They left a voicemail threatening me with an arrest warrant!!!

left a robotic message claiming they would arrest me if I did not call them back. Clearly spam
