THis is the scam call !! They call you and if you pick up , they know that your number is working and you number will be given to others scammers too.
better Dont pick up these kind of calls, if someone or something is urgent ,they will leave voice mail

Why do all of these calls come through Victoria?

Caller: Scammer FROM ELECTRICITY COMPANY

Scammer calling saying I owe a electric bill when my electricity is paid through my landlord. The guy was rude and kept insisting I had to pay it. After call Called back number and it says Top Bargain Electric and when searched on the net nothing about them comes up. Beware as they had my email address, phone number, address and full name and are very smart about the way they word things. Please don't fall for there trap.

I answered it and they didn’t say anything then hung up
