When I picked up the call, the caller disconnected

3 calls various times - no message received

Caller: Electric service

Calling about electric bill and there a discount or some sh*t.
Couldn’t hear properly because it so noisy in the background.

I called back. they said they provide discount for electricity bill. I said no, but they keep talking. Hung up the phone.

Called back and got a ringing and then a woman saying goodbye. Very suspicious.

I called back number (03) 8372 2156 spoke to a guy but did not understand him when he said the company name.
