I had a missed call from this number which came from Craigieburn, Victoria. No message left.

Caller: Apparently Alex from Energy Australia

received a call from this number, Apparently from Energy Australia, a guy called Alex from the Welcome team. Sounded really dodgy and then the call dropped out, reported to energy Australia, not their number and no need for them to call me.

Called me this morning. I didn't pick up. They left a voicemail - automated message "To learn more - give us a call on 8364 1311". Too bad for them I don't want to learn more. Number blocked.

They left a voicemail on my phone. I recently changed electricity companies but not to them. They are thanking me for choosing them and making sure I'm all set up to get the most out of my account and to ring (03) 8364 1311 for help. I looked up the website and this is not their contact number even though Energy Australia are located in Melbourne (not Craigburn). I suspect its just a way of getting all your details and bank details. I will not be ringing them back and am blocking the number.

(03) 8364 1311 said they were Energy Australia but we know it's spam. Don't call the number !
