I am sure this is a scamming phone number. My phone indicates it is from “Sydenham Victoria” but my guess is that this is not the case.

These people are using my Hong Kong mobile number (even though I live in Australia) Comes up as being from Sydenham, Victoria. I have blocked the number but their (declined) call still comes through. Convinced that these are spam / scam callers
