Returned caller who had left no message, and was informed by a recorded message that the number was disconnected.

Caller: Obviously a call centre These numbers always seem to be telemarketers and yes there was all the noise of a call centre, took forever to reply to my hello then couldn't even pronounce my name correctly so I hung up and blocked.

Might have been A CALL CENTRE AS WHEN I RANG BACK GOT THE MESSAGE THAT THE NO WAS NOT FOR THAT PURPOSE AND TO RING THE SUPPLIER AT THE NO ON THE BILL
