This number called on a Sunday at 1:55pm and when i answered she hung up!! They have called at least twice a day for the last week and now they dont want to talk......idiots!!

I have received multiple calls from this phone number as well, my experiences the same as those already posted here. Phone rings 4 or 5 times, but I refuse to answer the phone and when I check the number, its this one. I am also on the Do Not Call Register.

Called on Saturday. ORC doing survey for Aust. Govt. I suggest everbody get a copy of the Telemarketing and Research Calls Industry Standard 2007 - and start asking the questions they MUST answer (but only if you ask!) - including who is the contact person ( and their contact details) they are working for. Then vent your anger on them, not the survey company. If they refuse to give details then you have a valid complaint to ACMA about the survey company. Note: The Standard also indicates allowed times of calls.

Keep having this number call me, They called last night at 8:30 and just before (on a sunday) I am on the do not call register. This number has been calling for months.

Am fed up with these calls. They ring a limited number of time and then stop just before you answer suspect that want you to call them back so you pay for the call. Have been caught out once on this so will do be caught again. We get these calls daily from NSW, Qld & Victoria. Not happy. We are also on the do not call register. Telstra should be doing something to stop this without charging you for doing it.

rang about 5 times and then stopped?? Must have to be answered within a certain amount of rings maybe to connect?

i also got a call from this number, telling me they were ringing on behalf of the aus. fed. vov.
doing a research on travelling. we're on the donotcall register wich made me suspicious. why would the gov. break it's own rules

I have contacted both the Australian Government and ORC international by email to establish the authenticity of the call. I advised ORC international that if they failed to respond they would be reported to the Government.

you can call it back and it says its doing market research or something, and then directs you to call some other number

i had a call with this number .i dont know what they want when i answered the phone ,they just hang up and put on the music. it annoyed me a lot.and im sure this is a scam..im not interested..please dont call her anymore or else i ring the police to block your number..

I have registered with donotcall and am not happy jan I still get calls from research companies.

Got a call at 8.24pm on a tuesday night. Answered it, no one on the other end, called it back and its ORC International? Never heard of them

My fiancé answered a call from this number the other night. They started by saying they were calling from the Australian government and were conducting a survey. He hung up on them. Hopefully nobody falls for it!
