missed call, called back, number not connected

missed call, on one occasion left a message but was a tone (musical note)

Don't know who called, but when you ring back a recorded message says the number not connected....has to be an off-shore scam.

Caller: Someone wanting to talk about our energy bill

I was pleasant when I answered, but things got ugly when I said we were happy with our costs and that my husband handled all that. When he asked, I said he could;t talk to my husband, he asked why and I said because I didn't want him to. He became agitated and I thanked him and hung up. He immediately rang back but I didn't pick up.

Said I can reduce my energy bill by 28% percent. Had a company with a similar name call and do the same a few days ago. Scam.

Caller: energy solutions?

Answered call. They said I'll save 43% on electric bill. Then asked how much discount I pay. I asked who are you and got "Energy solutions ". They don't exist.

Repeated calls from this number, if answered there is a pause of a second then they hang up.
