I called back number (03) 8202 5490 reached iVR for Utility Assist

I have so many numbers calling me from area code 03. I have no idea who is calling as I don’t know anyone who lives in Victoria and if the call was of importance I would expect a voicemail to be left, which never happens.

it is great not to live in vic as i don't need to worry about number from there.

just ignore them all.

they are always changing the calling number to fill my blacklist.

Answered the phone with reluctance, he said his name was James and he was from some company, maybe claims? Didn't seem legit so I hung up.
