Caller: Bupa It's the claims department from Bupa Health Insurance, its a one way line so dont call them back, either answer or call the bupa customer service number

They asked me to identify myself….name, dob and phone number. Then they asked me to repeat my surname and when I did, they abruptly ended the call. I’m particularly worried it’s a scammer. I’ve put in a call to bupa and am waiting for a call
