Ring but no answer

I received an unsolicited call from Phone number (03) 8103 7279 on Wednesday 6 July 2023. The caller did not leave a voice message. I highly recommend blocking and deleting this number as it is spam.

Let ring. Came up as number from Kalkallo (VIC) I believe after a search on google. We don't answer numbers we don’t recognise, and we don’t call back unless they leave a message and tell us what it is about. No message, Number blocked.

Called but when I answered, they hung up.
No message was left for me.
