Caller: OPTUS rang and knew my first name. In an Indian accent she said that next week NBN is getting better and I can have a free modem which will be faster for $69 per month. I asked her which company she worked for & she said optus. I am with them and it just seemed dodgy, so I said I'm not interested and she hung up straight away.
