Indian chap telling me his supervisor (Mr Charles) would call me about enrolling in government funded education courses. May be quite legitimate but no interest so won't be accepting any more calls.

Indian accent, said his name was Russell, then said Peter Russell. Said he was from Education Department - "free money to enrole in courses" said Dr Andrew Charles was supervisor,
