I got this phone call and it asked me if I wanted to change over to this whore's electricity company.

Google tracked this call and it came from Werribee, 3030, VIC, Australia. Google didn't give me the whole address.

My mother got this phone call asking to change to this Morin's electricity company.

We were just housesitting at the time so we said that we were. We didn't own the home.

Nuisance caller called twice today, but does NOT talk, very annoying.

Caller: I don't know

Unsolicited calls to offer (probably fake) electricity and gas deals.

I received 2 calls from this number, I didn't answer. I rang back later on and was greeted with a recorded message stating that they called me to offer me some great electricity and gas deals, I hung up without even listening to the rest of the message.
