Cold calling marketing scam, spam telecommunications offer. They could be anyone and have nothing to sell.

this was a telemarketer, When I responded I wasnt interested, I was nice about it as I have worked in Sales and marketing, then they kept calling me back. I then blocked them, but somehow they are still ringing me, and now there is silence. I have now been targeted by this group for prank nuisance calls.!!
