Caller: Supposedly gas company Very rude man with Indian accent who did not want to take no for an answer trying to insist I had to listen to him about energy company.

The person asks to sign up for new electricity retailer, if you reject he scolds and cut off the phone. I want to complain about his actions. Does anyone know where to lodge complaint against such rude telemarketer.
