Multiple call attempts from this number and (03) 7503 4701 on 28/10, 29/10 & 5/11. Supposedly from Clayton Victoria. No messages left. Probably a scammer.

Picked up and no answer/no one on the other end

Asked how they got my number and name and they said “Australian database” and kept prattling on about giving me discounts on my electricity service and how it’s a great idea.
Literally kept talking as if running lines off a script. I said I cannot do the bills and they tried to prompt me to say that I was not/ the authorised person. Regardless, hang up on them and block. I’m sick of these calls!! The donotcall register list is clearly a scam because I’ve been getting more calls since registering my number there.

Apparently trying to sell something to do with electricity, but the caller’s accent was so thick I could barely understand two words.

I received a call from what was showing as this number but when I answered it there was no response just eventually hung up

Auto blocked as a scam call by Telstra. When I called back on another phone, it came up as could not be connected so probably spoofed as well.
