Caller: Overseas call centre Man said he was calling from the Government saying I was eligible for a free household energy audit which could upgrade (at no cost to me) any appliance deemed to be inefficient. Sounded too good to be true. "Thank you" I said and gave him the number of my landlord.

I received a phone call from Douglas from (03) 7302 1651 on my unlisted private phone number. Douglas said he was working with Sayled and he was working for the NSW Government and was giving away a free reverse cycle air conditioner. When I asked him for a phone number to ring him back he said he couldn't as he was phoning through a computer system.
