The caller asked if I was aware about solar panels installation government rebate and he was prepared to give me a good deal. The conversation was cut short as I told him I live in a block of units and solar panels have no place. It worked, he was disappointed but had no choice but put the phone down. Should I want to install such equipment, I'd talk to a dealer face to face. I do NOT live in a block of flats.

Caller called claiming he’s calling from security department of commbank to verify a transaction of $1700. Definitely a scammer!

Caller: Said they were Amazon

Called and asked if I was Melissa, I asked where they were calling from, he said Amazon and that he had an order for an Iphone 16 in my name. I said I didn't have an Amazon account and he said I have all your details just be aware. I asked him what address this was being delivered to, he said I again that he had all my details and for me to be aware, email, address etc and then he hung up.

Number was listed as from Melbourne Victoria. I didn't answer and no message left. Definately a scammer. Blocked number

Caller: Amazon

Rang and told me he was from Amazon and some one from California was attempting to take 1500 for a order from my bank account I told him I’d call him back from the police station he told me I could call back with the prime minister

Claimed to be Telstra and typical scam factory seeking account details

Guy said he was calling from PayPal about a recent purchase j made. When I questioned how PayPal got my number as all info is secure he hung up. Definitely scam

said it was from paypal security! do not pick up

Call centre said from Telstra about my account, told them to call my husband, he then hung up on me. Loud call centre background noise - hard to hear & strong accent

Hung up when they heard it was a business

Assuming a scam call, as marked "suspected scam" by service provider. They did not leave a message. Blocked.

Number called me yesterday afternoon (2 April 2025, 1:42pm AEST).
I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. Though I received 2 other calls that same afternoon from very similar numbers (03) 7076 1302 at 3:25pm; (03) 7076 1304 at 4:40pm). I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all related. Spoofs.

About bogus transaction on our CBA account. I said we dont bank with CBA. He said no our sister sight, Bendigo Bank. I said I don't have bank with Bendigo. He said oh and hung up..... call centre. loud in the background

Apparently Amazon because someone is accessing my account. Obvious call center background with thickly accented woman. Bad form to wish her to die in a fire?

Didn’t answer and no message left. ‘Amazon’ call from a similar number an hour later.

Number called but I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message.
