Scam. Pretending to be Amazon
Did have my name

After answering the call there was a 10 second delay before a person started speaking with a heavy Asian or South East Asian accent. Started off by trying to claim calling from Telstra. When I attempted to cut them off and highlight red flags (delay after answering, accent, non-Victorian number) the caller immediately hung up the phone

Women with an East (or Southeast) Asian accent said she was calling from the security department of Visa Mastercard. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Caller: Claims from Amazon

Claimed to be from Amazon and that I had made a purchase. They did know my name though. Beware scammer!!

I tried ringing back as they knew my name. Said it's George Williams on the voice message

Said they were Vodafone.

Answered and told them to remove my number from call list then hung up and blocked. Getting sick of these spam calls. Have enough anxieties as it it.

Said they were PayPal, and knew my name, but clearly not paypal

Unknown caller. Did not leave message. Beware scam.

Comes up as a telemarketer. Block & Delete!

Claim to be VISA MASTERCARD fraud centre. When asked what bank and what card they guess and give wrong details and then hang up.

Visa/Mastercard department AGAIN!!!!!
