Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

This number has been searched on reverseau over 200 times in the last 30 days. Rang did not leave a message.

Scam alert!!! These are professional scammers, they sound like British accent.

Absolute scammer, pretending to be a bank. I cannot believe they can still use this number. When I got the text they pretended to be from NAb, the next day Macquarie and the day after Bendigo bank. Thieves, scammers!

They sent text messages to my daughter and it all sounded very real to her, she panicked and got sucked into the scam, they gave her ‘her new bank details’ and she lost over $4000. Absolute scum bags, I hope they get caught and the punishment is severe. They work on panic.

Received a text message pretending to be NAB asked me to ring spoke to someone I couldn't hear or understand, said NAB fraud squad. Liars

This is a scam. A woman with a British accent posing as someone from NAB fraud division answered. I called in response to a text from NAB about an unauthorised payment. I suspected something was odd so called them and asked why they are committing fraud. Then I was sworn at and they hung up. I called again and then some bloke answered and he did the same. I called again and they told me to stop blocking up the line. They must have had many inbound calls responding to this scam text

Received a text claiming to be from "NAB" with this number listed to call and to quote a reference number. I called it out of curiosity and someone from "fraud and investigation" services answers and asks for your account name and number. As soon as I said I don't bank with NBA, the call ended. I called NAB who verified that this number is not connected to NAB.

Text message claiming my NAB payment is on hold, and to call this number (03) 7068 9866 - it is a scam, I don't have a NAB account.

Text message asking to confirm a payment with a bank reference, and I knew it's a scam and deleted the message. The heading text message looks like it's from the bank that I bank.

This number called my mother 9 times yesterday, but she let the answering machine get it. I have given her strict instructions to NOT answer the phone unless she knows who it is. Scammers are rife at the moment.

Asian sounding voice, claiming to be from the Victorian Government asking if we had updated our showers and door seals. Carried on about updating our shower heads.
Five (unanswered) calls in 3 days - adding to the several last month.

Called six times in 2 days - leaves no message

Has called twice in 2 days but never leaves a message. always the sign of a scam!

Rang 4 times in 10 minutes. Left a voicemail by accident.. 1 minute of call centre style background noise and foreign accents.
