Caller: How did they get my number?

How did they get my number? I have a brand new SIM card for a brand new phone, I have not given out this number to anyone, not even friends or family yet! Where are they accessing my number from? That is the question that needs to be answered.

Claimed to be government; was a robot survey and seemed to be asking personal questions (didn't answer but the 1st was age range). Likely a scam.

Phone rang rang three times, left no message. When you ring the number it says this number is not in service.How did these pricks get my private number, database leak from phone provider.????about time the government got of its arse and stopped this sh*t. Bet the prime minister doesnt get these calls.Pissed off.

Didn't get to the phone in time. They didn't leave a message so called them and said "the number is no longer in service please check the number before dialing again. Now blocked.

I keep getting calls from 02 (NSW) with phone numbers all starting with 7. This must be a new issued number or rural NSW? It's clearly a scammer as the call came in on my new spare phone, I have given ZERO people this number, as it's just for the kids to use youtube in car. Must be a SIM card database leak.
