Caller: Claiming they were from EBay

Claiming that my number and details were used to open up an EBay account and wanted me to provide instructions on what I would like to do. After I questioned them they hung. I called the number back and it was disconnected..

Don't know who it was but very glad I checked this site before calling the number back. Rang while I was at work but I never answer unknown numbers.

No voicemail left either.

Recorded message claimed to be Pay Pal saying that I had a $700 gift voucher purchase on my account.Wanted me to confirm or reject. Hung up and blocked number.

The number is still calling people up as of April 2024. Most likely scam. Didn’t answer it and I’m glad I didn’t.

asked about what bills I pay, tried to sell electricity/ mobile plans 💀💀💀

Called and hung up quickly. No message left.

I tried to call back and got a recording saying “sorry we missed you” and asking me to leave my name and number, but the recording doesn’t say who you have called. So I have blocked the number expecting it’s a scam.

Caller claimed to be from Cyber Security; lots of other voices in background. I stated that I did not believe them and hey hung up

Didn't answer the unknown number. Caller didn't leave a message.

Scam call claiming to be from Telstra, stating that my computer was being misused by overseas sites, and asked me to get in front of my computer she that she could guide me through the process of rectifying the problem. The caller hung up without any further action.

Automated message saying they were PayPal and there was a fraudulent transaction of $700 on my account

as soon as I answered they hung up - I used quite a stern voice

Scam call claiming to be from Telstra offering a discount for being a good customer. Rang back from 2 different numbers.
