Asian accent and pretty sure that this call originated from overseas, despite the Australian phone number. I believe that this is a growing trend of deceptive practice but you wouldn't expect anything better from scammers.

Caller: Call centre Rang said Australia government will paid for new hot water system free to anyone twice everyday after 18:00hrs went informing him not interested he would try and call from a different number (03) 7067 5241 he may have a hearing problems after getting a buzzing in ears
