They called twice in thirty minutes. Sounded like an Indian call centre. Disturbing as they knew my first and last name!
Wanting to set up a time to install an electricity usage monitor. Allegedly it’s part of a Victorian Government Initiative.

I’ve had this number call before. This time they said Hi and my name and nothing.
Why even bother?!! I’m not ringing you back!

Same indian accent demanding to know whether the government issued electricity smart meter has been received and installed. Blocked but seems they still manage to keep calling with a block of numbers around the above.

Indian guy knew my first name when i hung up on him. He called back from similar number and said "do i know why i keep getting these calls? Because i wont answer a simple yes or no question" i told him im on the do not call register and will report him (which i did) he hung up on me pretty quick.
How are they getting our name and number?! So rude.

Called my mobile didn’t leave a message

Said he was from NAB ! Knew my name. What the...? And previously, the same number, said was from another financial institution. Clearly lists being sold on.

Said an unauthorised transaction was made from my bank account.

Another of the million scams.

Indian accent lady claiming she was from Telstra to help fix my internet service. She couldn’t tell me my name. I hung up.

Well, now they are saying they are from the Commonwealth Bank!

They didn't leave a message. Me thinks another scam call. 4th one today

How are they getting our numbers???!! More importantly how do they know my name.. this is seriously disturbing.. I asked them to remove my number from their database and she just hung up on me.

Very pushy Indian guy in a call centre trying to get me a device to put on my electric box from “the Victorian government”. I said I wasn’t interested I don’t own my home. He went on saying you don’t have to you can monitor it etc. I said you aren’t listening to me, I said I’m not interested. At least didn’t hang up on me.
