Stupid telemarketer callers trying to get you to sign up up for some energy thing, tried to call my number several more times, they have been blocked

Called me few times until I answered and said we will be getting a electrical smart device installed in our meter box

some rubbish hang up on answer -> shoulds known better, never ever ever answer these vermin as they'll mark the hour of contact and sell the information. Averaging 2-3 spam callers every day now, including the scammers. WHY CAN"T OUR LEGISLATORS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS???

This guy had my full name and said he was from EMS electricity providers about some energy saving device. I said I wasn’t interested and he started yelling over me saying “You f*cking listen to me!”

Caller: Telemarketing scam

He said he was providing free energy saving devices. Said he was from Victorian state government but I said I've got one already and I got told "F off you stupid bitch" I hung up I was absolutely gobsmacked that he had my name it's frightening really. I've blocked the number.

Mumbai scammers

Claimed to be from EMS about installing my free Energy Monitor. This is the 8th time they've called and I've told them every time that I've already got the Vic government free energy monitor but they keep calling me.

Caller: Energy meter scammer

Had access to my name, had a thick accent. Said they were calling from the Victorian government talking about a free energy meter. Refused to give me a number or website I could contact them back on. Refused to accept me opting out, though fifteen seconds later he hung up on me mid-sentence. If anyone could get his home number for me I’d be very much obliged.

Called and asked if i was Mr. X... i said speaking and they hung up!

Suspected spam warning on my phone. Didn't answer call.

Got missed call - Tried calling back - No answer - Checked here and saw it was telemarketers, glad I didn't get through.

Telemarketing not in English

Scam, they are impersonating PowerPal.

Phone rang for 5 seconds and they disconnected. They have called a few times but I’ve yet to answer it

Call to mobil in the evening, no message left checked here. I'm sure telemarketing is a breach of the "do not call register" requirements. Blocked.

Caller: Indian accent lady

Very confidently and loudly telling me a representative from their company working for the Victorian Government will be in my area and ... so I asked her what is my area ? She quoted the correct post code ... "Okay so what is my name ?" ... she got that a little incorrect ... most Asians / Indians do get my names wrong ... I did not give the correct spelling or pronunciation ... so she had my name, post code and telephone number ... so I asked her where she got this data from and she would not tell me ... I then told her that in the western world we are so used to scammers that we no longer believe ANY phone offers sadly so she is wasting her time ringing me or anyone else and I then said "GOOD BYE". And put the phone down. And yes, thanks for the tip off ... I have just created a block for that Mumbai number 03 7067
