Caller: “EMS”

Asked if they were speaking with [nickname] that I use in my personal life but nothing official - which is always immediately suspicious.
Claimed to be confirming if I’d received something to do with power saving - hung up on them pretty quickly because I don’t have time for it.

Called and did not leave a message - called back and the phone keep beeping - probably a scam.

Caller: No idea

Asked how I was - as if they care - lot of noise in background. told them it was a scam call and hung up.

After 7pm - suspicious. “Michael “ wanted to know if I had received my power reader - I said “how many times do I have to tell you tho away!” He hung up

Annoying Caller. Just Block; They'll rarely talk back after you've answered anyway. Even better; Give them Dan Andrews details. 👈🏼 Gold! 🤣

Caller: Indian Guy

Called me gave me some fake name I said yeah..he had fake background chattering noise
Were sending me something from the government and needed my address.
Hung up on him.

Answered a call yesterday from almost same number -last digit 2 instead of 3 - usual idiot with Indian accent trying to convince me to take up “government offer of power saver”. Couldn’t respond with my usual reply as at the time I was serving customers at the Op Shop I volunteer at! However I did tell her to “just go away” before hanging up and blocking the number.
So today they change their caller ID by one digit and interrupt me again - this time at home! Wish they’d all catch Covid and depart this world.

Scam. Block. Wait for the next number. Block that and repeat

Caller: EME Energy monitoring.

Asked if anyone would be home during specific hours.

His name is Ricky, I said Ricky Ricardo and he said yes, so I laughed..asked him how Lucy was nd he said he didn't know..anyway, I asked where he was from and he said EMS. I asked what EMS was and he hung up!!!
So yeah, now I'm here as I looked up the number....they just won't give up.

Same as many people above, check if I received my device from VIC gov. I needed him to repeat it because his didn't say very clearly. Then said I'm from NSW. The dummy called used a Vic number to call nsw, they are getting desperate to scam someone. Will add to clock numbers.

SCAM, caller said he was from government energy upgrade and would be working in 3215 post code and i was on list, told him to come at 1pm, i am in 3225 postcode

Did recognise the number. Did not leave a message. I have blocked them.

Claims to be a "confirmation call" on behalf of the government. Called me 3 times in an hour - all callers asking if I've received my energy saving device from the government. Clearly a scam waiting for you to say that you haven't so they can fleece you.
