Scam caller, she had my legal name however when verifying my post code it was from an old address.
I suspect they're working off a list which contained names and addresses from a compromised platform

I keep getting calls from this company asking if my 'free energy efficient device' has arrived yet or if I'm still waiting for it.

Says its Victorian Government initiative to help save energy but doesn't say a company name.

They call me every couple of months. It sounds like a very loud call centre from overseas.

One call from this number and another call from (03) 7067 5103. Both not answered. I will be contacting ACMA to report this activity as Victorian Government initiative or not, I am not happy to receive unsolicited calls from those offering me a product that I am not interested in.

Variations of this number has been calling - this time Indian accented Grace from EMS is on a quest to reduce my energy bill - scammers/scums

I didn’t answer don’t know number and no message left.

Caller: Said they were from EMS Services

Knew my name. Asked if I was (my name). Call sounded like it was not from within Australia but appeared on my phone with area code 03. Had an accent. When I sounded sceptical they hung up.

Its not a scam, just more wasted money from the idiotic Australian government.
Trying to give out energy usage displays so you can track your usage in an effort to reduce usage.
This guy was a call centre guy.

No genuine business would call at 6:50pm on a Friday night - I missed the call but they didn't leave a message. Just blocked the number

Rang about Victorian Government initiative to help save energy. No info given about which company they are ringing from. Wanted to book a time for Sunday to install a free device on my power smart metre. I didnt need to be home, but they wanted my agreement to install it. I said No, I will need to find more information about these devices and the initiative. After insisting I agree to a time on Sunday, and me saying NO numerous time, they hung up. Found out later, there is a government initiative, however you must use a "certified" installer.

Called the number back and it doesn’t even respond. Absolute scam. Blocked number.
