I answered and they called me by my first name and said they were from the state government rebate program. When I asked what company they were from, I got a heavily accented and garbled answer. When I asked, "how do I spell that", so I could write it down they hung up. Obvious scam call as I was not rude or difficult, just asked for the company name.

called me on home phone, then on mobile but didnt leave a message. Twice. If they want to talk to me then they need to leave a voicemail.
