Caller: Said they were calling from Telstra NBN

Man on the other end said he was calling from Telstra NBN. Sounded like overseas call centre. I'm not with Telstra so I hung up.

Scam caller, played a recording says they are Amazon

Caller: Telsta

Indian caller pretending to be from Telstra, offering a 50% discount. They knew my name and email. The scam is they want me to read out a one time pin (from Microsoft?).

Said they were from cyber security and that someone had hacked into my phone

Called but didn't leave a message

Said they were from the PayPal fraud department. I hung up. Scam

I answered the call and the caller left a recording going. So I hung up.

Caller: Someone from Commonwealth Bank - about Server & Security

I said I didn't bank with CBA, he claimed "Madame we deal with all the banks", a courier came and I hung up, but I was going to string him along to see what details he needed from me

Caller: Some chinese lady pretending to be from mastercard

Scam call.

Just don’t pick unknown phone numbers it’s that simple!!!!!

They said there was an unauthorised crypto transaction from my paypal account that need my confirmation. I have none of those. Scam caller for sure.

I said hello twice to their call but no response so I hung up

Hung up straight away after answering with hello
