Caller: Electricity retailer comparison telemarketer Harrassment and didn't want to sign up because of "Gerry" (03) 7065 0026 calling all the time in late January (see image attached) and February. I spend over 50 minutes the first call with a loop of the recording to accept changing electricity retailers. It didn't work and would loop back to the start of the recording over and over again. I gave up, then he called again, and he tried for over 20 minutes while I got stuck in the loop again. Then he kept calling, saying he only needed 2 minutes, and I said I wasn't interested in it anymore and NO, I would not be going with momentum. I also spoke to someone else and said the same thing. I had already invested over an hour and a half of my time (have 2 kids, work full time and have a husband living with Parkinson's). Now, I somehow got signed up, and I have a bill without solar exports on it!?! I am not sure how to rectify this, as we have 11kw of solar, and I know that we should not have a bill at all in this time period. I will also be putting in a formal complaint with the ombudsman.
