Caller: Scammers going by the name: Energy Saver’s Warning - Fake Company Caller. Going by the name of Energy Saver’s. I blocked my caller ID and called the phone number (03) 7054 2362 and it immediately had a recording message in an American accent and it says: Thank you for calling Energy Saver’s, all our agents are currently assisting other customers, please leave your name and contract number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. NOTE: there’s no “beep” after this message and the recording keeps playing over and over for over 1 minute. Definitely not a legitimate business and it’s also considered an Unsolicited call.
Do not get scammed by this caller! They probably have many different phone numbers so if you hear a message similar to this report them to the SCAMwatch website who are part of the ACCC watchdog services in Australia.
