Caller: IPA ? Ipea? They slurred Long pause, then beep - always a sign of a stupid outbound dialler. However, instead of connecting me to a human it was a dumb bot. "This is James from IPA" (or something) "With the recent rate rise in health insurance I wanted to ask if you had private insurance" etc.
I kept trying to ask "James" to clarify the company name, but being a sh*tty bot, it just kept repeating "This is James from IPA" (or Ipeea? Ipear? It didn't speak clearly enough, nor did it ever spell the name).
Anyhow, it hung up after I kept asking for clarity.
I called (03) 7054 2350 back and it says "This is Energy Savers"
