identify yourself and people may pick up

Caller: Spammer from some brokerage/business loan type place

given they've now called me from multiple numbers all starting the the 7053, I'm voting scam. Although I was able to return the call, operator had a very thick accent and I'm not great with understanding accented English. So far on my block list i have (03) 7053 4145, (03) 7053 1142, (03) 7053 3763

Unknown number, I waited for the vm that never arrived. Has happened 3 times in the last fortnight with this number.
