Caller: Wine club Robo call from some wine club. Absolutely persistences nuisance. Phone numbers range from (03) 7053 3900 to (03) 7053 3999. The number is real when you call back. But the shown number eg. (03) 7053 3923 is spoofed. Meaning blocking these numbers are useless. They call from a different number and it will show as 03 7053 3923 on your screen or list. I have never sign up or ask for it.
