Scammers

Said my mobile had been hacked and needed me to open my google and follow his instructions. Scam!! Do not answer!

Caller: Claimed he is from commonwealth bank

Missed call, no message left. Assuming scam going on other reports.

A Female claimed to be from Visa Fraud Section indicating an amount was accessed from an Account. When asked which Bank she hung up.

Caller: Same number

Said he was from immigration- so I asked him where I was immigrating from ???

Said “im Australian born. So F***k off 👍”

Today he claimed to be from visa/mastercard fraud security centre.

This number has called me a handful of times, and this morning left a message saying that they're from the Australian Immigration Bureau. I would assume not, as there was a lot of interference and background noise.

Everyday I get an early morning or afternoon call from a similar number I don’t answer and no voicemail so I block . Happens the next day with the last 2 digits changed . When I have answered it’s a delayed connection like an overseas call. Curiously when I did answer they queried my details and I played along with the incorrect email and then corrected my country saying I was from a country currently at war. They hung up on me.
