received 2 calls from this number to my phone

Similar situation May 2024. in recent days receiveed 5 calls from different numbers all starting with (03) 7051 ****

Caller: Scammer

Scam call from (03) 7051 4125. Received 6:27pm AEST 1/5/24. Long blank pause before male voice with accent. Claimed to be from my Electricity company, yet company not identified when asked. I did question: "How did you get this number?" He replied "You asked for this call." No I didn't. I explicitly stated: "Please remove this number from the call list as I have not given consent for this call." He kept talking over me then eventually hung up.
When the number was called back the answering machine said "Unique Offer" and they close at 6pm. Which is odd that the call was received after that.

Similar numbers called me many times for the last 3days left no messages,THIS ONE left a very short voice mail calling my name and then hang up. Be careful they know your name!

? scammer from some call centre trying to sell electricity

I called the number back and got a recorded message.
According to the voice mail, the company is Unique Offer but as they didn't leave a message and I couldn't find their website, I've blocked them.
