Threatening to disconnect phone services if several thousand dollars owed isn't paid. I am on a monthly contract which is always up to date. And not even my phone company!!!

I checked here - then blocked. I reckon I have more blocked callers in my phone than actual contacts. Why don’t our telco companies do anything?

Was called 3 separate numbers in the same minute, the last call i answered it and didn't say anything and they hung up. If I get called like this again im going to harass thier ears with a cooking pot and something metal. Looks like they did an oopsie and the first call had a location: Melbourne.

Call from Comm bank warning if a. $1800 fee against my account. When I told ’Jason’ with a curry muncher accent I don’t have a Commonwealth account he tried to claim Commbank did ALL the financial security for Australia. He hung up after I asked if his mum was proud of him for scamming people

Caller: (03) 7050 4106 Answered as I was expecting another call from a repair centre so thought it was them, she proceeded to tell me her name (spoke that fast I can't recall it) & that she was from vodafone billing dept, told her I was at work, she hesitated a bit, said no problem & then I hung up. Reading all the above reports I have now blocked number as it appears they are using all the well known providers i.e Amazon, Vodafone, Telstra etc to make you think there is an issue with payment.

Caller: 'Paul Wilson' (indian accent) impersonating someone from CBA with a promise to reverse illegal transactions overseas on my Mastercard. When I terminated and called bank on their correct official number, there he was again. Quite sophisticated.
