Caller: Scammer

I called back and an Optus message advised that the number was disconnected. So, its clearly being spoofed by scammers. Don't bother answering.

Recorded call, not live. Claimed to be from my Bank, but did not address me by name. No SMS. Said that money had been taken from my account and to call them etc. I ignored it but checked here. All these kind of calls I get, often "from banks" I don't have accounts with, seem to come from Melbourne.

CLEARLY A SCAM CALLER - Called from "your VISA Mastercard department", disconnected at that point

Told me an access advantage account was having a large sum of money removed. Wanted me to log in a check it. I told them I wasn't going to do that and I would call my bank myself. They hung up!
