Called 18 times in succession on a Sat, likely scam

Attempted to call & instantly placed “in queue”

Someone with an accent called Jenny about my Telstra account .. not with them so told her what I thought of her

Male with indian accent calling regard hot water pump system. Asked how he got my number which he replied "General census" - He ended up saying HAVE A GOODNIGHT when i asked him "SINCE YOUR RECORDS SHOWS I'M A HOME OWNER, PLEASE TELL WHICH ADDRESS OF MINE YOU HAVE?" - I've only dreamt of being a home owner one day. I was just confirming where my dreams will lead me too LOL

Called, a lady with an asian accent which was really hard to decipher about hot water ??? under the government incentive/scheme?? Asked if my water source was gas or electric, once I told them I wasn't the owner of the property they finished the call. They knew my name which was concerning

Spam - No message left

Received a call from them, short pause, they asked for me by name. I suspected a scam caller who is in possession of stolen personal details, so rather than endorse what they have, told them they had wrong number.

Caller: Scam

Asked for (my name), I said, "speaking", then they hung up.
Male voice, maybe middle Eastern accent.

Definetly scam - they keep calling and waiting then hanging up

Never 'endorse' the information that a random person (scammer) has. Assume that your details have been stolen from Optus, Medibank, etc. (or anywhere else) and don't answer with your name, eg. 'John speaking...'. If you confirm any information they have about you, then they know it is 'good data'... if you answer a call at all, just say hello... let them do the talking until you find out what the call is about.

Started ask if I was someone and when I said no they ask if that person was in the building. I said no again and they apologised using my name, then they hung up.

Unknown. Display just says the number and Melbourne, Australia. No message left. Judging from other comments - a scammer.

Phone rang twice then hung up definitely a scam

This number just call me, she say from the Government...🤣🤣 I say i dont know..she just hang up 🤣🤣🤣

"I want to tell you about the federal government solar rebate program"... Fouth call in 2 weeks, atleast they keep using the same number so I can block it I guess.

Called to say they were from a hot water company. Female with an Indian accent.

Called twice, once on a Saturday - claiming to be from government.
