I’m getting a lot of these calls from all over the place (different nimbers). They say they are from visa about suspicious charges etc etc. I hang up and block but they keep coming 😡

Caller: "Amazon" Supposedly a call from Amazon - someone bought an iPhone and has compromised my account. Put me on speak so I can work out where you are and we will "refund". A check of all accounts show NO transactions requiring any refund

I got a call from this number to, saying they are Visa/Mastercard - these is two different companies which was the first realisation that it was a scam. They said all the banks they work to detect fraud for and I don't have an account with any of them. They didn't even get my last name correct. They werent very professional - how would they have a record of my private transactions!
