This number left a voice message letting me know that I needed to complete a 1 minute survey about how I was affected by the cost of living rises and I could go into the draw to win $1000 if I completed it.

Caller: obvious scammer 2 rings - phone says probable scam. I didn't answer. No message left. Just the 2 rings and no message left are typical hallmarks of scam calls.
