Same experience as others recorded here. Coming from a private number. After being asked the first question "are you under or over 58?" I replied that my first question is who is Melbourne Advance. She responded by repeating her question so I said goodbye and disconnected. Not the first time I have been called. Melbourne Advance is not listed as a member of the Research Society of Australia

Can't block it as it keeps coming up a private number.

How many times do they have to call before it can be classified as harrassing? Will Telstra be able to find out the number where the call is originating from?

Same as a above. Persistent. Annoying and when I told her I live in QLD and how would I know about economic conditions in Melbourne, she continued on. Pest and scammer.

Multiple calls from Jasmine at Melbourne advance. Started with an 07 number and now comes through as a private number. Have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list. Terribly frustrating.

I'm getting calls from a private number now says she is jasmine from Melbourne advance blah blah blah to both my work and personal phone, multiple times a day. I have blocked the landline numbers and now they call from Private Number. Very frustrating since I am on a DO NOT CALL list.

Dodgy. The poor girls are employed to do the silly job which is not Productive to anyone. waste of time .These guys who run the business must be scrutinized for their legitimacy and if found that it is a fraud must be curbed . Don't waste time and money please

Defiitely dodgy. I got a call from a female (maybe Jess?) saying she was from Melbourne Advance and was doing a survey on how people are coping financially with COVID lockdown and would go into a draw after a 1 minute survey. She automatically launched into questions before I had a chance to respond to any of this info. As soon as I said I wasn't interesting in participating, call was disconnected by them. Unclear if this is AI or a real person

Survey. Hung up when I queried the name

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, called back and they said number temporarily doesn't exist. Looked on here for information.

“First question are you over or under 58?” -under
“Will you have to sell your home to retire comfortably?” -I don’t own a home.
They hang up instantly.

Hang up before I could call back. This was during wave 2 lockdown.

I got a call from Melbourne Advance?? and were doing a survey on how people are coping financially with COVID lockdown in Victoria and that I would go into the draw for a $1500 voucher.

They didn’t even tell me their name or how they got my number . Asked personal questions aggressively that I wasn’t even comfortable answering .

Report and block this caller . They hung up on me after I said I don’t know how to answer that
