hung up when i answered i have blocked the scumbag

Called the number and got engaged signal every time.

The caller was a male with an English accent. I was polite the first time and hung up. He proceeded to call back 3 more times from similar numbers, resorting to expletive name calling, acting extremely aggressive, laughing and daring me to report him. The last call I told him I was report him to the police for harassment via carriage service which is a federal offence. He has not called back.
