What is the telecommunications ombudsman doing to stop these calls? Getting upwards of 8 a day from this and other numbers,

I answered the number/call said hello, hello and there was a delayed response so I hung up. I then called the number back from from a private number and there was a recorded message thr number you are calling has been disconnected. I am so sick of these calls, how are these scammers getting a hold of Australian numbers in the first place its so frustrating

Caller: Said they were from some educational thing When I asked to be taken off what ever list this was I was told that I had sign up for it. He said it was some sort of educational training. I hadn’t signed up for. They keep calling with different numbers every day

Called me at 6:30pm Victoria, I said hello and they didn't respond for 20 seconds so I hung up. I called them again at 6:35pm and they hung up on me. Scammer.

This number called my mobile number at 8.30pm Sydney time on 27/01/21. I didn't answer and they left no message. From the previous comments they're scammers.
