Caller: Would not identify themselves Wouldn't identify themselves, and wanted to negotiate a lower price without knowing who I am, not asking any relevant questions, like if I am paying electricity, very difficult to do if you are homeless!

Caller: Didn't give their name Very rude, and in a very noisy background environment. Asked for Ikbaal, without greeting and introducing himself. Then put the phone down.
