Says it is final notice from immigration. Spam call.

Unknown number called. I did not answer. A voice message was left, firstly in English then I assume, Chinese. The message is -
"Press 1 for Chinese, press 2 for English. Notification from the immigration bureau." (I do not have any need for immigration notifications so it's a scam.)

Caller: Said from Telstra

Female with Philippines accent called claiming to be from Telstra, saying they had identified issues with my internet - which I dont have with them. ASked where she was calling from, she delayed then said Melbourne (where I live), then asked her work address and how weather was - she hung up

Answered call:

your GP needs to update your details, press 1 for english, 2 for chinese

Pressed 1, got a chinese person , hung up on me when I spoke english

I'm sick of getting these calls. Unable to understand that I have blocked that number, it still comes through. Why?
This is criminal, where is the justice system?

Called but didn't leave VM. Seems like a scammer.

Automatically blocked as a scam call by my telco, but in any case, I never answer calls from unknown numbers.

(03) 7035 2608. Indian guy claiming to be from Telstra. I Only answered it because I thought it was the hotel we are going to stay at.
